To meet the needs, requirements and expectations of our customers, we have implemented the ISO 9001 quality management system. Everyone is involved in improving the quality of packaging production: managers, technologists, designers and technicians. We ensure the high quality of our products by continuously improving them during the design stage, the technological process and across the entire production system of our organization. Experienced and qualified personnel work closely together to confirm the specific requirements of our final inspector—our customer. We control processes statistically and place the highest importance on our in-house quality control.
Quality control, including interdepartmental control, is an integral part of our production. We carry out tests in our own laboratory as well as in external accredited units to confirm compliance with requirements and to satisfy our customers as best as possible. The high quality of our equipment, testers and measuring machines is a great support for quality assurance.

In our transport operations, we place the highest emphasis on quality and punctuality. We handle orders for the delivery of EPS packaging using both our own vehicle fleet and trusted subcontractors. We deliver throughout Poland and Europe. Our fleet consists mainly of new vehicles that meet the highest EURO 6 emission standards.
Fleet capacity from 500 kg up to 15 t:
MAN tractor units with semi-trailers – 6 vehicles with payloads from 4 to 11.5 tonnes. Truck: 7.7 x 2.48 x 3.00 m; semi-trailer: 7.7 x 2.48 x 3.00 m for 36 Euro pallets or 28 industrial pallets.
RENAULT tractor units with semi-trailers – 2 vehicles with payloads up to 15 tonnes. Truck: 7.7 x 2.48 x 2.95 m; semi-trailer: 7.7 x 2.48 x 3.00 m for 36 Euro pallets or 28 industrial pallets.
IVECO vans – 2 vehicles. Cargo space: 6.1 x 2.3 x 2.65 m for 12 Euro pallets or 11 industrial pallets.

Arpack Polska Sp. z o.o. is certified under the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system. We continuously analyze ways to reduce energy consumption in the production of plastic products.
The generated excess heat is reused to heat social and office areas as well as the warehouse. A closed technological water cycle enables us to reduce consumption. Replacing the lighting across the entire plant with LED lighting realistically reduces electricity consumption.
In the technological process and for social purposes, we use high-quality boiler rooms with installed economizers from reputable manufacturers, which can alternatively be powered by LNG. Our own reduction station and gas storage tanks allow us to precisely dose the fuel consumed.

EPS is expanded polystyrene, a plastic with unique properties. Expandable polystyrene (EPS) was introduced to the market by BASF in 1949 and is colloquially known as Styropor. In 2014, European manufacturers of EPS packaging and fittings introduced the new name airpop®. EPS is 100% recyclable and has the highest recycling rate of all plastics. It is a versatile material used across many industries. Thanks to its high strength and excellent impact absorption combined with low weight, EPS is ideal for protecting products during transport. Further advantages of foamed polystyrene — such as very good thermal insulation, dimensional stability, low water absorption and biological resistance — define its wide range of applications in the packaging industry.
Piocelan is an innovative and smart hybrid that combines the advantages of expandable polystyrene and polyolefin. It is a material with high strength, durability and versatility, making it ideal for packaging and technical molded parts. The material was developed by the Japanese company Sekisui. It combines the best properties of EPS and EPP: it is based on polystyrene and offers low density, flexibility and excellent thermal insulation, while it inherits stiffness, strength and chemical resistance from EPP. Its unique characteristics allow low-density foaming, enabling lower product weight and reduced production costs. This smart hybrid is ideal for producing transport trays for the electronics and automotive industries as well as reusable thermal insulation containers.
